I went in for a wisdom teeth extraction and had a great experience at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. I wanted to recognize the team for their professionalism and care. Dr. Sabooree was outstanding, knowledgeable, calm, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease going into the procedure. Her assistant was just as amazing, attentive, kind, and always making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell there’s a genuine level of care for patients. I also want to thank the front desk staff. From scheduling to check-in, everything was smooth and efficient. They were friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel organized and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral or facial surgery. The team works seamlessly together, and it truly shows in the quality of care they provide.

I really have to give Dr. Sabooree her flowers. She is such a kind and caring person who truly looks out for your overall health. She helped take away my fear and made me feel at ease. She also made sure I was completely numb for my tooth extraction—which I definitely appreciated! Her assistant was fantastic and immediately helped break the ice when I sat down for X-rays. She was very attentive to my fears and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, even when my blood pressure was high. I’d give this team a 100 out of 10. Even the staff member who discussed my insurance with me was kind and easy to talk to. If you’re having any issues and need care, I definitely recommend coming here.
