Dr. Ryan Cook is a board-certified prosthodontist and periodontist providing expert care in Raleigh, North Carolina. With advanced expertise in restorative and implant dentistry, he specializes full arch dental implants.
Dr. Cook is known throughout the Triangle for restoring confident, natural-looking smiles through specialized prosthodontic care tailored to each patient’s goals.
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Dr. Cook earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California and completed specialty training in a dual residency program in Periodontics and Prosthodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center – San Antonio. During his residency, he earned a Master of Science degree with a focus on Periodontal Phenotype/Biotype and Labial Plate Thickness.
Dr. Cook is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Periodontology, and a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology. His clinical interests include advanced implant dentistry and full mouth dental implants.

As former Chair of Restorative Sciences and Director of the Prosthodontics and Periodontology programs at UNC-Chapel Hill Adams School of Dentistry, he is dedicated to mentoring oral health professionals to help them deliver exceptional patient care.
Dr. Cook actively contributes to the field through scientific research and education on a wide range of topics related to dental implants and restorative treatments.
