Dr. Davis is a native of Lake City, South Carolina. He earned his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and then completed a general practice residency at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.

After practicing general dentistry for three years, he chose to pursue oral surgery. He was accepted into the oral and maxillofacial surgery program at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics. He further advanced his training by completing a fellowship at the Oral Surgery Institute in Nashville, Tennessee.

Following his extensive training, Dr. Davis returned to South Carolina, where he has since built his practice serving patients in Lexington, West Columbia, and Irmo, South Carolina.

Throughout his career, Dr. Davis has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as President of both the South Carolina Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the South Carolina Chapter of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

A past Chief of Surgery and Chief of Dentistry at Lexington Medical Center, he continues to serve on active staff at both Lexington Medical Center and Palmetto Richland Hospital.
