Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Dammling earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland, where he graduated magna cum laude and received multiple leadership awards. He went on to complete his medical degree and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Following this, Dr. Dammling completed a one-year advanced training fellowship in orthognathic and temporomandibular joint surgery. His clinical interests include corrective jaw surgery, obstructive sleep apnea surgery, maxillomandibular advancement, and genioglossus advancement.
