Dr. TJ Robbins is a board-certified orofacial pain specialist providing expert care in Raleigh, NC. He specializes in conservative TMJ treatment, headache management, orofacial pain, and neuropathic pain.

Dr. Robbins earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh. During dental school, he began experiencing jaw pain, neck pain, and headaches—symptoms many of his patients also faced.
After visiting several doctors, he discovered the specialty of orofacial pain and chose to dedicate his career to treating these complex conditions. He went on to complete residency in orofacial pain and dysfunction at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Robbin’s clinical expertise includes conservative TMJ treatment, sleep apnea, headache disorders, and neuropathic pain disorders such as trigeminal neuralgia. Known for his thoughtful approach, he takes time to listen and fully understand each patient’s unique symptoms and care goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Robbins enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids. He loves trying new foods, exercising, spending time on the beach, riding ATVs, and being in nature.
He also gives back to his community through his church and various volunteer roles. Over the years, he has enjoyed learning Spanish and continues to use it whenever he can.
