He served in the U.S. Army for 16 years, including a deployment to Afghanistan with the 173rd Airborne Brigade. In his final four years of service, Dr. Wise worked as a staff oral surgeon at Fort Bragg and served as the Assistant Program Director, training residents in the Fort Bragg oral and maxillofacial surgery program.
