Coming from a family of medical professionals —her father, Dr. James Tankersley, was an oral surgeon, and her mother is an anesthesiologist —she was drawn to the surgical side of dentistry. While in dental school, she discovered a passion for complex procedures and felt inspired to follow in her father’s footsteps and pursue a career in oral surgery.
Dr. Tankersley’s clinical interests include jaw surgery, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery, and full mouth implants. She has a deep passion for helping people regain confidence and function through compassionate, patient-focused care.
