Biography
Dr. Kisella is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon whose specialties include dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth removal, office-based anesthesia, dental implants, and oral pathology.
Dr. Kisella is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He attended the University of Indiana School of Dentistry and was the valedictorian of his class. He received his MD and completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Louisiana State University. After residency, he was a Major in the US Army stationed at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Kisella is a certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support instructor and an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has practiced in Matthews since 2005.
