Dr. Kisella is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He attended the University of Indiana School of Dentistry and was the valedictorian of his class. He received his MD and completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Louisiana State University. After residency, he was a Major in the U.S. Army stationed at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Kisella is a certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support instructor and an examiner for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has practiced in Matthews since 2005. His special interests include dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom tooth removal, office-based anesthesia, dental implants, and pathology.
In his free time, Dr. Kisella enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his family. Dr. Kisella is dedicated to numerous charitable pursuits throughout the community.
