- More Than GratefulMy condyles were seriously compromised due to osteoarthritis. I researched oral surgeons that performed the complex procedure of TMJ bilateral arthroplasty and insertions of bilateral pain pumps. Dr. Nale's reputation and reviews were overwhelming positive. There are few oral surgeons in NC of his caliber. Dr. Nale was confident that he could repair the TMJ and correct the serious crossbite. The surgery was successful. I experienced absolutely no pain. The process of having custom-made titanium joints made can take 6-8 months. It was worth the wait. I am more than grateful that he was willing to take me as a patient.

- Saving My LifeI'm going to edit my previous 5-star review since I'm now post-op. Dr. Nale has truly been godsends since the moment I met them. I'm one month out of a bilateral TMJ replacement and I can't be more satisfied. I am able to eat pretty much anything I want, pain was VERY manageable post-op with the bilateral pain pumps and the service at this office has truly been outstanding. Rebecca has made me feel like family since meeting her. She is so caring and supportive. I honestly couldn't have made it through this experience without her. Amber has helped me with all my paperwork and has been prompt and thorough. She is extremely responsive to emails and always goes out of her way to help. Dr. Nale took on my complex case of having 6 prior TMJ surgeries and made it look like a breeze! He was kind, caring and truly wanted to see me get better. Before seeing this office I was malnourished, could barely work full time, and had lost hope that it would ever get better. Now, one month out...I'm back to work and back to eating. Thank you three, for legitimately saving my life.

- Highly RecommendDr. Rick Kapitan extracted a painful tooth that I had a root canal done on a few years ago. I was nervous going in as I didn’t know what to expect. He gave me the option of telling me step by step what he was doing, or, if I wanted to not know. That was great, as he had my best interest in mind. It was painless, quick and he was thorough in his explanations of everything and what to expect for a timeline with getting a bone graft and implant. You can just tell that he’s a great guy and from this experience, a fabulous Doctor. Front desk staff is awesome too, everyone there is so nice.
