Dr.Mohammed is great in all he does whether it be cosmetic procedures or oral surgery…my daughter and i have had both and he’s excellent. I highly recommend.

11/10 highly recommended! Every last one of the staff I met from the front desk to the very back were all some of the kindest people ever. I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction which I was really nervous for, but everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’d recommend anyone getting some wisdom teeth pulled to come to the Billingsley location ASAP haha

Very very simple and amazing procedure. I had to go to the ER and they told me I had an abscessed wisdom tooth. I got a quick appointment with Dr Farrell. His assistants were top notch, very kind and helpful people. Great job guys! I’ll be back soon!

Went and had a consultation for my baby tooth and wisdom teeth removal. Everyone was friendly and explain the procedure as well as the payment plan.

It was such a smooth experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery - Billingsley. The staff are all very warm and friendly and explained everything (cost breakdown, procedure, pre-op/post-op care, etc) so well, with tons of detail. Dr. Mohammed was great and I would highly recommend him again. You can’t go wrong getting your work done here!

Have been a patient almost 5 years. From my reconstructive bi-lateral jaw joint surgery to continued care to help manage my TMJ pain/ degenerative disc disease, and osteoarthritis he/staff have been patient, understanding, and aim to provide the best care possible! I drive 3 hrs to see him! I would drive 12 if I had to!

Oh my goodness what a wonderful experience! There were smiling faces everywhere! Everyone was so pleasant and the anxiety lessened tremendously. The young man who prepped me for the extraction was absolutely awesome. . . he explained every step and everything prior to the procedure. He assured me that this is what they do every day. Dr Farrell came in with such a bubbly, caring personality I had confidence in him. Five minutes and we were done. No pain and no drama, just the way I like it! If you need an oral surgeon and oral surgery these are your people!!!!!!

I had been having pain for weeks to the point I couldn’t sleep or even function really. I called Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery. They got me in on a Wednesday and my surgery to have my tooth pulled was schedule for that Friday. I was so happy for the quick turnaround time. The surgery went great, the dentist and his staff made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had going forward. I hope I won’t need anymore teeth pulled but if I do I will definitely be going back to Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery.

Dr. Mohamed is among the best of the best! Due to his extensive knowledge and expertise, he was able to rectify a dismally damaged upper lip area. I had fallen and severely injured the area immediately above my upper lip. Luckily for me, I found Dr. Mohamed and he was able to not only repair the damage, but he actually improved my overall look. I strongly recommend Dr. Mohamed!

A caring group whose expertise excels. I am going through an implant and have found the experience so far (implant done this week) amazingly easy. I am blessed, no pain, no swelling. Dr Bart Farrell is very confident and competent. He worked with me to make sure I was comfortable during the process. He has done implants on one son and jaw surgery on the other. All great results! I won’t consider any other oral surgeon!

In the past 18 months I have spent a lot of time in the Carolina Center for Oral and Facial Surgery under the care of Dr. Crowley @ the Billingsley Road location. I needed 6 implants which required some work to get there including extractions, and bone grafts ( from the hip). I have to say it has been one of the easiest journeys I've started and completed in my life. My experience has been amazing with Dr Crowley. In my opinion he is one of the most highly accredited Oral Surgeons in the Charlotte Area. The entire office and staff are professional well trained, caring, friendly and happy people. Your time as a patient is respected. I've had over 8 appointments in the past 18 months and have NEVER waited past my appointment time. If you need financial assistance they offer brochures in their office for "Care Credit" I see this as an advantage for anyone needing money to help pay for a tooth extraction up to an implant, after all sometimes these things are not anticipated nor planned for. My experience has been totally incredible and pretty much painless from the teeth extractions, bone grafts and implants. I have no reservations or fears of doing any of this again with Dr Crowley. I'm sure all of the other surgeons here are good and some of the best in Charlotte or they would not be affiliated. I'm an advocate for researching your doctors and practices carefully. The right one does make a difference. I highly recommend this one.

Fantastic experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted! I was so nervous but they talked me through it and I don’t even remember being put under.

Amazing staff. Everyone was personable and comforting. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, two of them being impacted. I was VERY nervous about going under. I will include details of what I received (twilight sedation + nitrous) because I know many people are curious about that. I put off getting this done for months out of my fear and I suffered for it. I want to let you know if you are afraid, please go to a consultation here. You will see that the entire staff is very genuine and they will put you at ease. I also wanted to note the front desk staff were extremely empathetic towards me. Great customer service. Nurses were pros and super nice. 5 Stars all the way

It was a great experience all the personal team was friendly and kind since you open the door, the doctor assistant kind, friendly and knows how treat a patient.
